If you are experiencing payment failure while upgrading or renewing your subscription, you can go through our checklist below to see if any of these are preventing the payment from going through:

  • Are there sufficient funds on your card?

  • Is the card expired?

  • Is the card still valid?

  • Is your card number correct?

  • Have you reported your card stolen or lost?

You can check and update your card details in the Manage Payment section.

Occasionally, there is also a possibility that your bank declined your card. If your card has been declined recently at other places, you might want to reach out to your card-issuing bank for more information.

If you still can not upgrade your plan

If after checking the above and you still can not upgrade your plan, check out this guide as you might have canceled your subscription which stops you from upgrading the plan:

If your previous payment is overdue

If your previous payment is overdue for some reason, and you can not process the payment now, we will have to manually renew this for you. Please reach out to our support team to assist you.

If all the above seems fine, reach out to our support team via the in-app chat at the bottom right corner with the error message and some details so we can investigate this further for you. 😊
