Reports are only available if you have an active subscription that matches the requirements for your transactions.

Click Download reports to access the report menu; it may look different depending on your country settings.

Note: The report accuracy depends on how complete the data is and the reconciliation work you've done following your Review page.

Possible Scenarios for Reports Failing to Download or Getting Stuck

Here are some scenarios you might encounter if your reports aren’t downloading:

  • Clicking 'Download Selected,' 'PDF,' or 'CSV' doesn’t trigger any response.

  • The page or button keeps loading, but the report doesn’t download.

  • A blank page appears instead of the report.

  • The page redirects you back to itself without downloading the report.

Why Your Report Might Take Longer to Generate

Downloading a PDF report may take longer if you have over 10,000 transactions or are using specific inventory methods like HMRC or Adjusted Cost Basis.

Reports are usually generated within 5 to 15 minutes. If the download button spins for more than 15 minutes, try the troubleshooting steps below.

Troubleshooting Checklist

  1. Refresh the page.

  2. Perform a hard refresh.

  3. Log out and log back into your account.

  4. Ensure your browser isn’t blocking pop-up windows.

  5. Update your browser to the latest version.

  6. Clear your browser history, cookies, and cache.

  7. Switch to a different browser (Google Chrome is recommended, especially if you’re using Safari).

  8. Confirm your PDF reader is up to date.

  9. Try accessing the report on another device, especially if your current device is older.
