The 8949 report is a PDF with fill-in data. Some browsers, devices and PDF readers have issues bringing in large amounts of this data type. If you are experiencing issues with a report that appears to only have the first page filled in, make sure your browser is up to date and if you are using a PDF reader, ensure that this is also up to date.
