Crypto Tax Calculator sends out receipts for every payment made via our payment system, Stripe, including refunds. You can find them by searching for 'CTC LEDGER' in your inbox.

If you can't find them in your inbox or spam folder, it is likely that your email server blocked them as you requested. Since your server blocked these emails, our payment system stopped sending you receipts or invoices.

If this happens, please reach out to our support team. We can ask Stripe to start sending receipts or invoices to your email again.

For payments of $0, Stripe does not send out an invoice or receipt. If you need one, feel free to contact our support team.
