What am I charged for?
You can find the below information in the receipt that was sent to your admin accountant email:
The date and amount charged.
The clients and the corresponding plans are charged.
The subscription period.
Find your receipts or invoices in your email
A receipt is sent to the admin accountant's email for every payment processed including both credit and debit. This means you can always find the receipts in your email by searching ‘CTC LEDGER’ or ‘@cryptotaxcalculator.io’.
If you are a collaborator (i.e., you received an invitation as a teammate from your colleague), you do not receive any invoices or receipts. Please reach out to your admin account holder for the receipts.
If you still can’t find them, please reach out to our support team to resend the receipts to your admin email.
