Filter Methods

Method 1: Filter Search Bar

The filter search bar is a smart tool for filtering your transactions. It is located just below your transaction count.

Enter a keyword and select the appropriate filter.

Example: You want to filter your BNB transactions. Type 'BNB' and select Tx Currency: BNB

You can add as many filters as you'd like.

Example: You want to filter for BNB transactions on a specific wallet. Type 'account' and select the correct account you want to filter.

Tip: The filters you use in the Filter search bar can also be edited in the Filters menu (method 2).

Method 2: Filter Menu

You'll find the filter menu in the middle of your transactions menu.

Click + Add filter.

Then, choose your filter type. You can also search for the filter type here.

You can easily search for the filter type.

Example: You want to filter by Blockchain. Type the keyword like 'block' and select 'Blockchain'.

Feel free to use as many filters as you need.

The 'And' and 'Or' sub-filters

You can narrow your search using the 'And' / 'Or' sub-filters.

Example: You want to filter for transactions that require categorization or transactions with an 'unsure' comment that you added.

I can use 'Warning Is Requires Categorization' Or 'Comment Contains unsure'.

The 'Is' and 'Is Not' sub-filters

You can include and exclude transactions by selecting 'Is' or 'Is Not'.

Note: Filtering by comments and descriptions will give 'Contains' and 'Does not Contain' sub-filters.

Example: You want to filter for 'Buy' transactions that are not part of grouped 'Trade' transactions.

Simply filter for 'Category Is Buy' and 'Category Is Not Trade'.
