This payment error is given by our Stripe payment system and indicates your card does not support this type of purchase. This could be due to a number of reasons however, we do know that many financial institutions can be skeptical of software platforms, especially if it's your first purchase.

The resolution for this error is to simply call the financial institution that issued the card and confirm that the card can make this type of purchase. Once confirmed, you can then retry the payment. Alternatively, you could try a card with another financial institution, however, you may run into the same difficulty and need to call them anyway.
